Delivery
Typically, delivery fees within Riyadh are 25 SAR.
For other cities, the delivery fee is usually 35 SAR.
These fees may be subject to change or vary depending on the region or operational circumstances, in accordance with the company"s internal policy.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are considered final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Order Receipt
Order delivery is dependent on the customer-provided information, and it is the customer"s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the details (name, mobile number, city, address).
If a customer refuses to accept the order or is late to receive it from the shipping company, they are not entitled to a refund or order cancellation.
In the event of incorrect information or delayed receipt, the customer may be responsible for additional fees (reshipping or return), in accordance with the company"s internal policy.
If the customer fails to receive their order within (15) days from the shipping date for reasons attributable to them, the company reserves the right to dispose of the order as it deems appropriate, including donating it to charitable organizations or associations. This action releases the company from any obligation to the customer, and the customer forfeits any right to claims related to the order thereafter.
General Notes
The company reserves the right to review or amend this policy at any time to comply with operational requirements or applicable regulations.
Continued use of the store or completion of a purchase signifies the customer"s agreement to the most recent version of this policy.
